Flexible foam and mattresses
For slabstock blocks, mattresses, furniture and automotive foam we supply:
- Polyols — conventional polyether polyols, polymer polyols (POP) and HR / viscoelastic polyols. About polyols
- Isocyanates — TDI 80/20 and MDI grades.
- Silicone surfactants — cell stabilisers for slabstock foam.
- Catalysts — amine catalysts and tin catalysts (stannous octoate).
- Flame retardants, colourants and other additives, fillers and blowing agents (methylene chloride).
- Systems — for memory, HR and latex-like foam.
Rigid foam and insulation
For insulation panels, sandwich panels, spray foam and cold rooms we supply polymeric MDI, rigid polyols and systems, with the additives these formulations need.
Mattress materials and machinery
Beyond chemicals, mattress factories can source mattress fabrics and tape by design, kraft paper, springs, fibre, adhesives and other mattress accessories, plus foam machinery and spare parts — pouring, cutting, sewing and quilting, packing and recycling.
Technical support on your line
We help select the right raw materials, review formulations with you, support trials and trace problems such as collapse, splits, scorch or pinholes back to their cause. Customers also use Foam Lab on our portal to test a formula before a production pour. How our technical support works
